We are here to help, providing six months of support to help you add your content to your template. If you would like even more help, you can purchase A Template Helper, who will input all of your content, photos and videos, change the colour scheme and font styles for you!

  • All of our templates are created on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine.

  • In order to publish your finished website, you will need to purchase an annual or monthly hosting service with Squarespace. All of our website templates and code are fully functional under the Squarespace personal subscriptions.

  • Absolutely, when you purchase one of our templates, we will send you details instruments and video tutorials to show you have to change all of the colours and fonts on your new website.

  • Yes, you will need to purchase a domain name either through Squarespace or through an external domain hosting site. We would suggest to purchase your domain through an external company, should you ever want to move your website away from the Squarespace platform. We will send you a detailed explanation on how to set this domain up for you.

  • You will know if you have a 7.1 Squarespace website by selecting Help from the main navigation panel on the left of your website and scrolling down to the bottom.

  • At this stage, Squarespace does not have the function to transfer over an existing Squarespace subscription from one website to another. So, you have three options:

    Wait until you have 6 months left on your subscription, buy a your artist website tempate and spend six months perfecting your new website, then when your existing Squarespace subscription lapses, start a new subscription with our template.

    Buy our template, and pay for two subscriptions until your existing subscription lapses.

    Get in touch with us for a website revamp on the Bespoke Designs page of our website. You can keep your existing website and subscription and we will transform your website into something unique to best represent you.

FAQs 

  • Because the products sold in our shop are digital, they cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable. Please email us if you have any specific questions about this.

  • All of our templates come with a 10 minute video showing you how to edit your website and six months of support, but we know that some of our artists aren’t as confident with tech as others. So we are here to help! We will add all of your content, photos and videos supplied by you, change the colours scheme to best reflect your photo materials and choose a font style that best represents you.

    A Template Helper for £149

  • Every single item, photo, text box and colour way can be edited and changed on your website. However, we strongly recommend to maintain the structure of our templates and only change the text, photos, fonts and colours as it can be difficult to return to the original design if many elements have been spacially altered.

  • We do not provide logos with our templates, as a logo should be unique to you.

    If you would like a bespoke logo to be made alongside your new website, please get in touch to book with us.

  • Yes, you can add an e-commerce shop to your website. You will need to purchase the ‘Commerce’ subscription from Squarespace and add your online shop from there.

    If you would prefer for our team to set this page up for you, please get in touch to book.

  • Absolutely, along with our tutorials on how to edit your new website, we will include the instructions on how to add your own domain name.
